General Policies

Payments-         Payments are expected at each lesson. Due to problems in the past with checks, cash is preferred. Receipts                                are available upon request. There will be a $40 fee for a check returned for ANY reason. Checks get made out                              to Elias Driver Training School LLC.

​Promptness-     Please be on time for your lesson. If you know you will be running late, let your instructor know ASAP. Any                                   student more than 10 minutes late may have to reschedule. Also, please be on time to pick the student up. Our                             lessons are scheduled back to back. If you are more than 5 minutes late to pick them up, you may have to come                           find us as we will not make the next student miss/delay their lesson.

Cancelations-   It is your responsibility to know when your lesson is scheduled. For any lesson cancelled with less than 24                                   hours notice, you will be responsible for paying for the missed lesson. It inconveniences our instructor and                                     another student would have been able to take that spot. The same goes for a no call/no show. If you have two                               no call/no shows, the school reserves the right to cancel all of the remaining lessons scheduled for the student,                           and to remove them as a student. Missed lessons will need to be paid for in cash at the beginning of the                                       following lesson. For same day cancelations, please call the instructor’s cell phone.

Breaks-             Our instructors often works long days, sometimes with limited breaks. Please allow them to use their entire                                    break by not entering the car more than 5 minutes before your scheduled time.

Dash Cam-        The car is equipped with a dash cam that records front, back, and inside the car. This protects both the student                             and the instructor.

Agreement-       You must agree to these policies upon registration. An adult will be asked to sign that they have read and agree                            to these policies at the first lesson.
